PC & PS4 Heavensward Pre-Order Question

Seems like my PC D/L is working fine. It's installing while I'm typing this. I read somewhere that PS4 version will be available 6/18 which is today, and I just checked the PS Store and it's still not available for download. So far this is no good - as >.> Lady Fresh won't be able to play but I will -.- She won't allow me to get ahead of her like that. lol. Someone let me know what's up with the PS4 version, is it closed for pre-order did we miss it?
